Hey Family,I wanted to remind you all that tomorrow (thursday 16th) is our bringing blankets service effort. It will be great to see all of you again, and it is a wonderful opportunity for you to invite your friends to experience Relokate with us who may not be fond of “church”. 

some things to be aware of: 

1. dress appropriately. the weather has been changing unexpectedly recently. Warmer clothes may be a good choice after the sun goes down. Something you can add or shed quickly as the need arises.

2. wear simple clothes. This is not a time to wear flashy clothes like were going clubbing, jewelry and make-up. Jeans, t-shirt, hoodie is fine. We are not trying to draw attention to ourselves but to rather to Jesus. As Scripture says, “i must decrease, but He must increase”. Think of it like we going to someone else’s home to serve them. We want to come across as servants not superior or attention grabbers. 

3. continue to pray. Pray that we will represent Jesus well. That the homeless will receive us well and see us as wanting to bless them. That God would actually change our hearts by what we see and hear. That we would be bonded together tighter through this experience.
